Hannah Montana star and pop singing sensation 17 year old Miley Cyrus told the media today that she is already planning her "Comeback World Tour" for the year 2029.

Back in the plastic surgery gossip scene again, Miley Cyrus is raising a few brows after being spotted unusually busty and beautiful at the MileyMania's 2009.
With breast implants almost being a prerequisite in Hollywood, Cyrus giving into the trend is not so far off from a possibility.
At the dinner event last week, Cyrus' breasts oozed out of her strapless navy blue gown, revealing a round, shelf-like projection that is typical of breast implanted chests. When compared to earlier photos, it appears that the Disney doll's breasts grew by a full cup size.
While other gossip mongers have been quick to assume that this was achieved with breast implants, a closer look at other recent photos do not lead to such an easy conclusion. This is because other photos of Cyrus before the event do not show her in this rare endowed form.
